| 摘 要： | 现代篮球比赛对抗性日趋紧张激烈，运动员在比赛中所承受的心理压力也越来越大。本论文对篮球比赛赛前及赛场上的心理现象进行了深入的研究，全面地归纳出相关心理问题产生的原因，提出了针对篮球运动员心理问题的有效解决方案。

| Abstract: | The antagonism of nowadays basketball competition had been more and more tense and fierce. When the psychological pressure which effects the athletes becomes bigger and bigger. This thesis competes match front and match a reason for last mental state problem phenomenon proceeding thorough analysis, completely inducing related mental state problem creations to the basketball, putting forward to aim at the valid solution of the basketball athlete member mental state problem. |
