| 摘 要： | 运用观察法、问卷调查法、访问法、统计法,发现在体育教育实习中,学生的心理发展呈现紧张焦虑、自满放松两个明显的阶段特征,就学生两个心理阶段特征的产生原因进行分析,并提出一些具体的解决措施,旨在提高教育实习和人才培养的质量.

| Abstract: | By using observation, questionnaire,interview and statistics, the author has found two obvious phase feature of nervousness, anxiety, slack and complacence of psychological development of the students in P.E teaching practice. This article will analyse the causes and put forward some concrete countermeasures at promoting the quality of PE teaching practice and persons' capabilities training. |
