| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法与数理统计法对山西省部分大型企业职工体育的现状进行了调查与分析,结果认为:山西省职工进行体育活动的项目比较丰富、新颖;有关领导对职工体育活动重视程度较高;大部分职工体育锻炼意识较强,并且能够经常通过参加体育锻炼来增强体质、缓解工作压力、提高生产效率。另外,活动经费缺乏;场地设施有限;对体育活动的价值认知不足等因素又制约着企业体育活动的开展。针对不足提出相应对策,以便更好地开展企业职工体育活动,促进企业与职工的和谐发展,为全民健身计划的有效实施贡献力量。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature consulting,questionnaire,and data statistics,the study surveyed and analyzed the status quo of workforce sports activities of quite a few Shanxi scale enterprises and discovered that there were abundant and novel physical activities in these enterprises;that the leaders of these enterprises laid emphasis on the workforce physical activities;that most staff attached so much importance to physical exercise that many of them regularly exercise to build up,release stress from work and improve productivity.The study also explored some hurdles which prevented these enterprises from developing sports activities,such as funds shortage,site and equipment limitation and the insufficient consciousness to sports,etc.The study put forth some countermeasure to deal with the hurdles. |
