| 摘 要： | 通过对离体茎段的培养,建立了驱蚊草快繁体系。丛生芽诱导的培养基是MS+IBA(0.1 mg/L)+KT(1 mg/L);继代培养的最适培养基为MS+IBA(0.4 mg/L)+KT(1 mg/L);生根培养基为1/2MS。

| Abstract: | By studying the culture of the detached stems of Mozzie buster,the fast reproductive system had been established.The medium for the initiation of rosette buds was MS medium supplemented with 0.1mg/L IBA and 1mg/L KT.The most suitable medium for subculture was MS medium supplemented with 0.4mg/L IBA and 1mg/L KT and 1/2MS medium was recommended for the rooting of shoots. |
