| 摘 要： | 大学生党员是大学生中的精英分子,保持大学生党员的先进性、充分发挥大学生党员先锋模范作用是保持共产党员先进性的重要组成部分。因此,针对高职学院学生党员的特点,从自身实际出发,构建一个科学、合理的教育管理长效机制,保证高校大学生党员的质量,具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | College students are members of the elite,maintaining the advanced nature of party members and giving full play to the exemplary vanguard role of party members are the important part of Party members to maintain the advanced nature.As a result,higher Vocational School for students of the characteristics of the party members from their own actual conditions and build a scientific and rational management of education in a long-term mechanism to ensure the quality of party members and college students is of great significance. |
