| Abstract: | Through the methods of literature review,logic analysis,practice summarization and expert interview,this paper deeply analyzes the origin,application and classification of the folding and pulling skill in 24 chin na(arrest technique)techniques.The purpose of this paper is to study the connotation and common techniques of folding and pulling techniques,find out their intrinsic laws,provide reference for the theoretical and technical research of traditional wushu(martial arts),and present each technique more carefully and profoundly,so that the chin na enthusiasts can understand and grasp the technology. |
