| 摘 要： | 近几年来,甘南藏区师资培训取得了很大的成绩,但也存在诸多问题,如培训制度体系不健全、培训经费短缺、培训观念落后、内容形式缺乏创新等。因此,必须采取切实有力的措施不断提高培训质量,一是要加强师资培训管理体系建设,二是要加强师资培训保障体系建设,三是要加强师资培训理论研究,促进甘南藏区师资培训健康、持续发展。

| Abstract: | In recent years,teacher training of Gannan Tibetan district has made great achievements,but there are also many problems,such as training system is not perfect,shortage of training funds,training concept is backward,lack of innovation in training content and form.Therefore,we should take effective measures to continuously improve the training quality.Firstly,it is necessary for us to strengthen the management system construction of teachers training;secondly,it is to strengthen teachers training safeguard system construction;thirdly,it is to strengthen theoretical research in teacher training,so as to promote teacher training of Gannan Tibetan district healthy,sustainable development. |
