| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、比较分析法.对体育强国从基础层、内部结构层、外部关联层三方面进行了划分,分析我国建设体育强国与发达国家的差距,为我国由体育大国向体育强国转向进行战略分析.
