| 摘 要： | 随着教育水平和生活水平的不断提高,高校毕业生与日俱增,而珠江三角洲作为广东省的经济腹地,吸引着大量地方高校毕业生在此就业;另一方面,地方高校毕业生对地方区域经济起着举足轻重的影响。以嘉应学院的本科毕业生为调查对象,通过调查问卷的形式进行统计分析,分析了高校毕业生在广东省内的分布呈现出趋于偏好经济发达地区,以及偏好直接就业等,同时探讨了区域经济发展情况等对这些偏好的影响。从而揭示了人才空间分布与地区经济发展之间相辅相成的密切关系,希望能够平衡区域内的人才供给,达到区域内经济的和谐发展和人才的高效利用。

| Abstract: | With the continuously rising of educational level and living standards,the number of graduates increases sharply.The Pearl River Delta,the economic hinterland of Guangdong Province,is crowded by more and more local college graduates for their employment.All of those local graduates are mainstream talent force and have serious impact on the local regional economy.In this paper a questionnaire survey was made by the undergraduates of Jiaying University,and the statistical analysis shows that the college graduates prefer to choose the developed regions in Guangdong Province and direct employment.The preferences reflected the regional economic development influences the choice for potential employment.It revealed that the relationship between talents power and regional economic development is very close,thereby proposals are put forward to balance the talent supply,achieve the harmonious development of regional economy and talent efficient use. |
