| 摘 要： | 创新的关键在人才，人才的成长靠教育。教育是培育创新精神和创新人才的摇篮。高校进行教育创新，培养富有创新精神和实践能力的建设者和接班人，根本在于教师创新。高校教师创新，其前提是教师更新观念，其基础和保证是构建教育内容创新体系，其关键是教师素质和要求的创新，其核心及根本要求在于教师的教学活动创新。

| Abstract: | The key to creativeness is talents, who are cultivated by education. Education is the cradle for cultivating creative spirit and creative talents. Teachers' creativeness is the key to the practice of creative education in colleges and the cultivation of creative spirit and creative talents. Updating teachers' ideals is the prerequisite to college teachers' creativeness. Teachers' quality and creative demands for them is the key to college teachers' creativeness, which is based upon and guaranteed by the construction of the creative system of teaching materials. The core and fundamental demand is the creativeness in teaching activities. |
