| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化、社会信息化和现代科技迅猛发展的今天，建设全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会，是时代赋予的客观要求。为了适应这一客观要求，建设学习型社会已成为我国的必然选择。同时，作为调控教育市场的中枢机制——教育行政管理体制也面临着一系列的挑战，不得不进行相应的改革，以适应学习型社会的要求。

| Abstract: | With the globalization of economy and the development of science and technology,learning society of life- long education and life-long learning should be built up.It is the necessary choice in our country.At the same time,the system of education administration which plays an important role in the educational market counters challenge.So,the system of education administration should be reformed to meet the needs of the learning society. |
