| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和调查法,根据教学模式的内在结构和特点,通过对目前河北省普通高校健美操课教学现状的调查以及对搜集到的河北省20所普通高校健美操课教案的分析,从中了解到河北省普通高校健美操教学中普遍采用的教学模式特征。并根据当前高校体育教育的目标,针对健美操课的培养目标和要求,依据现代教育思想和教育理念,更新教育观念,以新的思路对健美操课教学模式进行探索和研究。

| Abstract: | Referring to documents and investigation as well as inner structure and the characteristics of teaching models, through investigating the present aerobic teaching models of Hebei general universities and analyzing aerobic teaching plans of 20 universities in Hebei province, the author knows the general aerobic teaching models According to the present objective of physical education and the training aim of aerobic, we should renew the modern education thoughts and educational concept. The paper also investigates and analyzes the present aerobic teaching models. |
