| 摘 要： | 用眼去看只能看到城市的建筑，用心去看能够看到建筑背后各个历史时代风云变幻和城市主人的理念及城市生活习俗。“神”也可以称为“精神”。时代精神贯穿于政治、经济、社会、生活、科技、哲学、教育、文学、绘画、音乐、戏剧、服饰各方面，也凝固在建筑之中。神与韵内在统一。城市应当是一种情感的城市，有和谐的社会城市才会有情。情的维系要整合利用好各方面的资源，就要争取方方面面的支持、配合与参与，才能建设高品位的城市。
