| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习是高职高专院校教学的重要环节,如何使之规范化、制度化,成为重要的教学内容和有效的教学形式,是一个研究空间极大的新问题。本文从这一基点出发,围绕顶岗实习的准备、内容、方式、学生安全、指导与管理、制度设计等方面的重点问题进行了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | Post practice is an important part of the vocational college teaching.How to make it standardized,institutionalized becoming important teaching content and effective teaching style,is a research need to be done.Starting from this point,the paper,focusing on the key issues of Teaching Practice in the preparation,content,methods,and safety of students,guidance and management,system design,carries out a preliminary study. |
