| 摘 要： | 中国迎来了经济发展转型的关键时期。中国经济增长的高速度在很大程度上依赖国际市场,在工业化进程的拐点,果断、适时地实施内需拉动发展战略尤为重要。生活性消费才是最终的消费,是生产的目的所在,国际金融危机给我国偏重投资拉动经济增长的方式提出了警示。经济增长与经济发展既相互联系又相互区别,经济发展才是产业结构升级的直接原因。提升R＆D经费强度是从粗放型、超负荷增长向集约、协调发展转型的关键。

| Abstract: | China is in the key period of the economic development transformation.Our high speed economic development depends on the international market to a great extent,and it＇s important to decisively and duly implement the development strategy for pulling the domestic demand at the industrialization process inflection point.Living consumption is the final consumption,and it＇s the goal of production.The international financial crisis proposes the warning for our economic development mode that depends on the investment traction.The relations between the economic growth and economic development are mutual independence and mutual influence.And the economic development is the direct cause of industrial structure upgrading.The upgrade intensity of RD is the key for the economy development pattern that transforms from the extensive pattern and overload growth to the intensive pattern and harmonious development. |
