| 摘 要： | 高校基建项目投资大、周期长、资金不足,在项目的各个阶段蕴含着一定的投资风险,因此如何在安全、经济、适用、节能的前提下对其成本进行有效地控制,以使得效益最大化,就显得十分重要。在分析高校基建项目成本控制现状的基础上,从项目决策、设计、招投标、施工和竣工结算五个阶段探讨了高校基建项目成本控制应采取的措施,以期为从事高校基建项目管理工作的人员提供具有借鉴意义的参考。

| Abstract: | Heavy investment,long period,inadequate fund,and risk in colleges and universities capital project,enable cost control important to get its maximal benefits on the premise of safety,economy,efficiency and energy conservation.Based on the analysis of current situation in colleges and universities capital project cost,relevant measures were proposed in terms of five stages of project making policy,cost designing,courting the capital project bidding,being under construction and being completed settling,which is expected to provide instructive reference to its capital construction project administration. |
