| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期,茂名港口物流的发展面临着新的机遇和挑战。为寻求茂名港口物流发展策略,运用SWOT分析法对茂名港口物流的优势和劣势、机会和威胁进行了较深入的探讨：要更好地发展港口物流,应认真做好港口发展规划,培育港口物流市场;深化港口自身的功能,强化港口纽带和辐射带动作用;加大信息化建设力度,促进茂名港向第三代港口发展;加强港口物流人才的引进和培养,提高港口物流的信息化水平。

| Abstract: | In the new historical period,Maoming port logistics is facing new opportunities and challenges.On logistics development strategy of Maoming ports,SWOT analysis is used on the advantages and disadvantages of port logistics,opportunities and threats in an in-depth study.To better develop the port logistics,overall planning,market development,information construction,and personnel training are needed.Furthermore,it is necessary to highlight the leading role of the port bond,to broaden the ports＇ capabilities,and to convert Maoming Port to the third generation port. |
