技能类岗位评价指标体系研究

摘    要:在回顾现有岗位评价相关理论研究与企业实践成果的基础上,依照岗位责任、技能要求、劳动强度、工作环境四要素,以焦化行业某企业为例,针对技能类岗位进行了岗位评价指标体系的设计。本岗位评价指标体系,充分体现了技能类岗位测评的特点,获得了企业与员工的认可,具有一定现实意义。

Abstract:Based on the reviewing of related theory research of existing post evaluation and practical achievements in the enterprise,according to the four elements— post responsibility,skills requirements,labor intensity and working environment,taking an enterprise in coking industry as an example,evaluation index system for technical posts has been designed in this paper.This evaluation index system of post,which fully reflects the characteristics of technical posts assessments and obtains the recognition from staff,has certain practical significance.
