高校速度滑冰课学生心理状态分析

摘    要:探究学生在不同教学环节中所发生的心理变化,为提高速滑教学课堂教学效果提供理论依据。针对大学生在速滑教学中的各种心理状态,采用心理分析方法,探索其心理规律,从而找到课堂教学活动成功与失败的原因。通过分析大学生在速滑课前、课中和课后的心理状态,阐述了如何激发大学生对速滑运动的兴趣和提高其对动作技术的理解程度。认为优秀的体育教师必须具备丰富的心理学知识,把握学生的心理状态,才能保证高校速滑课的教学质量和效果。

Abstract:The paper tries to offer some theoretic reference for improving the teaching effect of speed skating course by anaylzing the undergraduates' psychological status variety in different teaching process.With the psychological analysis method to consider the undergraduates' various psychological status in speed skating teaching,it tries to find out the success or failure cause of teaching activities by searching for the psychology law.After analyzing their psychological status variety before,during and after the skating lesson,it expatiates how to inspire the undergraduates' interest in speed skating and improve their understand on the skating technique.It thinks that it's necessary for the teacher to be provided with good psychology knowledge to hold the undergraduates' psychological status in order to ensure the speed skating teaching effect in universities.
