| Abstract: | At present,both domestic and international situations have profoundly Changed.What counts in the Party's causes is leading cadres.Leading cadres are supposed to intensify their study and try to be the cadres of study type,so that they can improve their leadership quality and effect,so that they are able to adapt themselves to the new conditions and new demands of the new period.In addition,they should implement ″Three Represents″in their practical work and do their best to push the party's building to a new stage. |
