| 摘 要： | 职业素质是大学生综合素质的重要体现,是影响大学生职业生涯发展的关键性要素。本文立足于职业素质在职业生涯发展中的重要作用,分析了高职思想政治理论课在培养学生职业素质中的现状,应坚持的原则和方法,可以为提高高职思想政治理论课对学生职业素质培养的实效性提供一定的参考。
