| 摘 要： | 职业生涯规划在大学生的培养过程中有着重要的意义。但当前大学生职业生涯规划教育存在诸多问题:没有系统的职业生涯规划教育课程,没有全过程的职业生涯规划教育机制,没有专门的职业生涯规划师资队伍等。将职业生涯规划贯穿于大学生培养的整个过程是非常必要的,学校应充分重视大学生的职业生涯规划教育,建立职业生涯规划管理机构与监督反馈机制,将职业生涯规划教育引入大学生的各阶段,并融入大学生的日常生活。

| Abstract: | Career planning is of significance in the cultivation of college students.But there are many problems in the planning education at present,such as no systematic course,no educational mechnism,and no special faculty.It is necessary to integrate career planning in the whole cultivation.Schools should put emphases on the planning education,set up management and supervision organizations,usher the planning education in all stages and students' daily lives. |
