我国高职教师专业化发展的问题与出路

摘    要:教师专业化是一种国际趋势,并被世界各国视为提高教育质量的关键举措。当前,我国高职教师专业化存在学历结构失衡等众多问题,吸收国内外职业教育教师专业化发展经验,政策、机制、途径等方面是促进高职教师专业化发展的有效措施。

Abstract:Professionalization of teaching has become an international trend,which is considered as a pivotal measure to improve the quality of education.Currently,there are many problems such as the imbalance of teachers with different educational qualifications in colleges of vocational higher education in China.Incorporating experience of international and domestic studies on professionalization of teaching,this paper proposes solutions to the problems in the respects of policy,mechanism,and approach.
