摘    要:教师的教育教学活动是一种充满实践性的实践活动。但人类社会早期的教师实践,是与学术和科学无关的经验性实践。随着专门教师教育机构的产生和教育理论的发展,教师的经验性实践逐渐发展为专业性实践。现代教师实践成为专业性实践这一重要事实,对现代教师教育提出了新的要求。在这方面,欧美一些发达国家的教师教育在专业性实践的教育理念、教育目标、教育模式上,比我国走出了先进的一步,对我国理论与实践相分离的教师教育现实提供了具有改革意义的借鉴作用。
