| 摘 要： | 农村学龄女童失学现象比较严重。如不及时加以控制,必将影响妇女提高自身素质,影响社会的发展。要改变现状,就要(1)切实转变观念,增加投入,努力改善育人环境;(2)抓住机遇,扩大家长及女童的教育需求;(3)不断提高教师素质、改进教学内容和方法,增强学校吸引力;(4)增强女童主体意识,克服其上学的心理障碍;(5)提供寄住读条件,加强《义务教育法》执法力度。

| Abstract: | The Phenomenon is more severe which women children of school age in the countryside have been deprived of education,it will have an impact on improving the women's quality,affect social development,if the situation can't be controlled,changing the present situation,we must put forward:(1)transiting the conception,increasing input and improving the environment of education;(2)Gripping the oppotunity,enlarginy the demand of parents and women children for education;(3)increasingly improving the quality of the teachers,improving the content and method of teaching,strengthening the attraction of school;(4)heightening the subject consciousness of women children,overcoming the mental disorder for school;(5)providing the boarding condition,enhencing the enforcing law power of Law on Compulsory Education. |
