| 摘 要： | 理念、人员(师资)、设施和网络是优秀学府四个要素,天津中德职业技术学院在多年借鉴德国职教经验从事高职办学实践的基础上,进行了构建独具特色的高职课程结构、理论和实践教学体系、教学模式方面的尝试,探索了高职师资队伍建设、高职实践教学基地建设和高职院校网络联系系统建设的相关原则和方式方法。

| Abstract: | Starting from the key elements such as: idea, teaching staff, facilities and network, the paper gives a detailed introduction on constructing unique course structure for higher professional education, teaching system between theory and practice and the trial on teaching mode on the basis of the teaching practice by introducing German vocational experience for higher professional education. It also talks about the relevant principle and the way on the construction of teaching staff team, the construction for practicum base and the construction for network connection system for higher professional education. |
