| 摘 要： | 随着世界各国规制单位犯罪的实践的深入,理论上有必要对单位犯罪作进一步探讨,本文就参考各种有关单位犯罪概念的论述,紧抓住单位犯罪的特有属性,即主体特殊性,单位意志复杂性,危害行为实施间接性和成立范围限定性,对单位犯罪概念作一般定义。
