| 摘 要： | 篮球训练也面临着由应试教育到素质教育的转变，在这探索过程中，涌现出了重庆的快乐体育，济宁的和乐体育以及情景成功教学法及小群体学习法等事实证明较成功的教学指导思想和教学方法。本文通过引出这几种教学思想和教学方法，来验证它们在高中篮球代表队训练中能否有效，以及通过这些验证来探索如何在高中篮球代表队训练中贯彻素质教育。

| Abstract: | Facing the challenge from the quality education, there are some successful means, such as happy physical education, harmony physical education and so on, in the course of trial. The purpose of the article is to apply these means to the basketball exercise of senior middle school and by this mean we can try to find the way on how to push the development of quality education the basketball exercise of senior middle schools. |
