| 摘 要： | 推动企业自主创新是我国实施建设创新型国家战略的重中之重.在这一过程中,要准确把握中央提出的技术创新体系的内涵,以建立企业为主体、产学研相结合的技术创新体系为突破口,加强政策协调,形成政策合力,全面推进中国特色国家创新体系建设,大幅度提高国家自主创新能力.

| Abstract: | Promoting enterprise's independent innovation is the vital task to implement the strategy of building an innovative nation.During this process,we should grasp the connotation of technology innovation system that the centre authorities brings up,and take the construction of industry-academy-research partnership technology innovation system in which enterprise is the main body as breakthrough point,together with strengthening policy coordination to form a resultant force of policy,so as to push forward the building of national innovation system with Chinese characteristics in an all-round way and enhance China's innovative capacity substantially. |
