| 摘 要： | 语音是英语学习的基础，而音标是基础中的基础。扎实的音标知识是进行英语词汇学习的前提，是提高学生英语综合能力和帮助学生建立积极的自我概念以及培养学生自主学习能力的必要条件之一。根据新课标下中学英语音标教学的现状强调中学英语加强音标教学的重要性从在而提出相应的改革对策。

| Abstract: | The significance of strengthening English Phonetics Teaching in middle schools under the New Curriculum Standards is explained in detail.Strengthening Phonetics teaching is to meet the needs of the New Curriculum Standards,for Phonetics Teaching is one part of its basic content required.A good command of English Phonetics knowledge can ensure students' command of vocabularies and set up students' positive self-concept;.It can develop learner autonomy as well.The problems of phonetics teaching in middle schools and some measures are presented in the thesis. |
