| 摘 要： | 根据中国成协成人高等教育理论研究会2008年针对全国22家成人教育学专业学位点师资情况的调查结果，我国成人教育学硕士学位点的导师队伍存在总体数量不足、年龄老化、学历结构不合理、专业对口率低等问题。针对这些问题，可基于人力资源开发与管理的视角，从导师的招募、开发、激励以及各学位点之间导师资源共享等方面入手探索解决对策。
