| 摘 要： | 江泽民总书记在"9.8"讲话中,就教育和教师问题,特别是就教育创新问题做出了系列深刻论述.这是指导新时期我国教育事业的纲领性理论.这一理论是对人类教育事业发展历程的深刻总结和高度概括;适应了我国教育发展的新情况和人类社会的新变化;是新世纪中华民族实施伟大复兴战略对教育工作者提出的新要求.实践这一理论是一个系统工程,要有严肃的科学态度,要全面提高教师的综合素质,切实处理好教育发展中的各种矛盾和问题,以促进整个教育事业充满生机和活力.

| Abstract: | In the speech on the centenary ceremony of Beijing Normal University on September 8,President Jiang Zemin has presented a series of discourses upon the issues about education and teachers,especially upon the educational innovation.It is the creed to direct the development of education in China in the new era.These discourses were the excellent sum-up of the history of educational development in human society,and it has been suited to the new development of our education and to the new transformation of our society.It is the neo-demand for our educators to realize the great renaissance of China in the new millennium.It is a system engineering to carry out this great plan.To promote and spur the development of our education,we must improve the quality of our teachers,and take order with various conflicts and problems in the educational development. |
