| 摘 要： | 当前我国的大学生就业问题随着社会需求变化加剧,凸现了供需结构性矛盾增强,“有业不就”和“无业可就”共存,“挤占效应”突出,就业成本增加等特点。从就业制度、就业管理体制、就业服务层面等探讨当前大学生就业的症结问题,建立一套适合我国当前大学生就业的制度和政策,以期促进大学生就业的发展和规范化运行。

| Abstract: | At present the problem of obtaining employment of university students in China has some obvious with socal devolerpement,the self-contradictory of supply and demand has reinforced;It emerges two phenomenons,one is that university students can get jobs,but they give them up;another is that they can't find any job,and the two phenomenons are coexisting;The waste of personal the employmend resources is obvious;The capital of obtaining employment has increased.From analysis of system,the policy of management of employment,the service of employment,and the regulations of emplyment.We can find out that many factors that have influenced the employment of the university students.we must set up a new system which can fit for the present university students,can system should promote development the employment of university students,and can make it run segulasly. |
