| 摘 要： | 背向滑步推铅球技术的习练者往往不能准确理解和掌握技术细节,因而不能协调用力。在教学和训练过程中,及时发现和纠正各个技术环节中存在的问题,使练习者清楚的认识到自己存在的问题并迅速的改正,是促进教学和提高训练成绩的关键。
