| 摘 要： | 少数民族地区农村学校存在布点分散,乡镇中心完小以下的学校规模较小,学生走读的现象比较普遍.优质教育资源得不到合理利用、教育教学质量普遍较差等许多问题和困难.大力发展农村寄宿制教育是从根本上解决问题的有效途径.为此,文章针对少数民族地区发展农村寄宿制教育的突出问题,作一些思考,并提出解决措施.

| Abstract: | People have been focusing on whether the contents, methods and measures are exceUent, proper or to the point since long, ignoring the conditions for sound development of moral education,lacking substantial comprehension and adequate importance of the status and function of moral ecologic system, which results in low efficiency in moral education. Therefore,it is necessary to change the backward concepts of moral education and create new ones, that is, to cultivate a sound environment for the development of moral education so as to provide theoretical principles and social environment to the formation of social moral atmosphere and construction of excellent social moral qualities. |
