| 摘 要： | 认为知识管理是数字档案管理的发展方向，并将本体作为数字档案馆知识管理系统的核心技术，以湖北省档案局的政务公文作为原始资料，设计并实现基于本体的电子政务领域数字档案的知识管理系统。实践证明，该系统为人们建立一个新的知识管理的观念，也为如何处理各个领域的档案文献提供一种新思路。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems of digital archives’information management, the paper considers the knowledge management is the development direction of digital archives management. And it takes the ontology as a core technology of the knowledge management system for digital archives ,and takes E-government archives providing by Archive Bureau of Hubei Province as original data.A digital archives knowledge management system in E-government domain being designed and developed.It is proved that the system is to set up a new concept of knowledge management for people and to provide a new thought how to deal with archives in various domains as well as. |
