| 摘 要： | 实践取向对高职音乐专业人才培养有着特殊而重要的意义。在实践中应强化高职音乐专业人才培养,制定若干新策略,包括加强以职业能力为中心的教材开发,进行＂订单式＂培养的人才培养模式探索,开辟第二课堂,以演出和比赛代练,重视校内外实训基地建设,以及建立健全教学评价体系等,以培养社会需要的音乐专业幼师人才。
