| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、访问调查法、专家访谈法,通过对形意拳的技术内容、武练和理论进行分析,从整体上对形意拳的传播和发展进行探讨。结论认为:形意拳的国际化发展要打破传统观念束缚下的门派流派制,确立正确的形意拳发展价值观;国内发展要解放思想,加强理论研究,走传统形意拳现代化和社会化大众健身模式,并将其纳入正规教育体制。

| Abstract: | By studying relevant documents, interviewing and investigating, inquiring experts, the paper analyses the technique and training ways and its theory, probes the entire spreading and developing of Xingyiqan. Then, the paper draws out the conclusion that the development of internationalization needs us to break group restrictions and set up correct developing opinion. Its developing in our country needs us to emancipate our mind, enhance theory study, keep the model of combining the modernization of traditional Xingyiquan and its socialization in people's health keeping, and let it into regularized teaching system. |
