| 摘 要： | 教师心理健康水平会直接影响教育教学质量和学生的心理健康水平.对教师心理健康的研究应引起教育界和学术界的关注.阐释教师心理健康的标准以及教师心理不健康的主要表现与危害,探究教师心理健康问题产生的原因,研究维护和促进教师心理健康的对策具有一定的现实意义.
