| Abstract: | It is a distinctive characteristic and fundamental advantage of the CPC to promote theoretical inno-vation with a high degree of theoretical consciousness.Since the beginning of reform and opening up,the party has relied on the practical theme of socialism with Chinese characteristics in carrying out great strug-gles,building great projects,advancing great causes,and realizing great dreams.It has been courageous and adept at developing theoretical innovations.Not only has it achieved fruitful results,promoting the evolve-ment of the guiding theory with the times,but has accumulated rich experience,and established a high de-gree of theoretical self-confidence in enhancing theoretical self-awareness and advancing theoretical innova-tion. |
