卢曼社会系统理论视角下互联网+时代教师角色困境分析

摘    要:互联网+时代,教师陷入角色泛化、职业边界模糊化,以及在教育过程中主导作用被弱化的困境.依据卢曼社会系统理论,系统与激扰是互联网+时代教师角色困境的成因,即相对独立的教师系统遇到互联网+的激扰,引发了互联网+时代对教师角色的新需求与教育传统对教师角色限定的矛盾,以及教师系统自我再制的需要与教育传统对教师角色要求之间的矛盾.适时反应与自我再制是互联网+时代教师角色困境突破的路径,即互联网+时代的教师能够根据环境的激扰适时作出反应,互联网+时代的教师系统能够实现自我再制.

Abstract:In Internet+ era teachers'roles are in trouble with generalization,career boundaries blur and the dominant role of education is weakened.According to Niklas Luhmann's social system theory,system and disturbance are the causes of the dilemma of teachers in the Internet+ era.The relatively independent teach-er system encounters the interference of Internet+.It has triggered the contradiction between the new de-mand of the Internet+ era and the teacher's roles in the education tradition.And it also causes the contradic-tion between the need of the system's self-remaking and the education tradition for teachers'role require-ments.Timely response and self-remaking are the path of the breakthrough of the role of teachers in the In-ternet+ era.That means the teachers of the Internet+ era can respond according to environmental disturb-ances and the teacher system can realize self- remaking.
