| Abstract: | Under the social background of scientific concept of development being learned and the college English teaching reformation developing deeply,more and more teachers begin to focus on their professional sustainable development these years.As for college English teacliers,the key to scientific development is to make clear about how to adapt to the occupational environment,how to change teaching philosophy,how to positively create a new model of teaching and how to promote development of their own professional qualities. |
