| 摘 要： | 随着我国冰雪运动竞技水平的提高,我国冰雪运动的发展呈现可喜的态势,尤其在我国的东北地区冰雪运动产业化的发展势头强劲,全民健身工作方兴未艾,但也存在一些问题。从可持续发展的角度出发,分别从管理重心、人才培养和品牌打造3个方面探讨了我国冰雪运动发展存在的问题及解决思路。

| Abstract: | With the ice-snow athletic level increasing, there is a delightful situation in the ice-snow sports development in China, the ice-snow industrialization tendency is driving especially in the northeast of China. But there are some problems while the national civil healthy activities is in the ascendant. On the view of sustainable development, the article discusses the problems and countermeasures of developing the ice-snow sports in three aspects of the management key fields, fostering persons with ability, upbuilding brands. |
