| 摘 要： | 我国社会生活各个领域的巨大变化对我国成人高等教育的可持续性发展带来了严峻考验。成人高等教育要在激烈竞争中立于不败之地,当务之急就是要发展“学历 技能”型的人才培养模式,而这种模式的实现主要得依靠校企合作。

| Abstract: | The tremendous changes in various realms of our social life have brought the serious ordeal to the sustaining development of higher adult education.To not fail in keen competitions,first of all,higher adult education must develop"knowledge skill" type of the talent-training modes,and realizing of this mode depends mainly on the way of college-enterprise cooperation. |
