| 摘 要： | 修改后的刑事诉讼法将视听资料规定为证据的一种.这是现代科学技术发展在我国刑事诉讼立法、司法实践活动中的体现.从视听资料的概念入手,分析视听资料的特点、作用,阐述检察机关在侦查活动中在获取视听资料手段上存在的主要问题及完善.

| Abstract: | The seeing and hearing information has bee prescribes as a sort of proofs by the code of criminal procedure after being recomposed, it is the embodiment of modern scientific development in the criminal lawmaking and in practice. In the criminal suit activities, the procuratorial organ is collecting and using the seeing and hearing information according to the law, and it is very significant to ensure innocent men not to be investigated by criminal suit. The article is to start with the concept of the seeing and hearing information and analyze its characteristics and actions so that the procuratorial organ could obtain the main problems of the seeing and hearing information and consummate it, and it is discussed with everyone together. |
