| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]针对高校图书馆存在专利信息服务不足的现实问题,构建专利信息服务体系,有助于提升专利信息服务的质量。方法/过程]从学科用户需求、平台资源的整合、专利信息服务过程和反馈等分析角度,基于整体协调的考虑来构建专利信息服务体系,形成协同、嵌入和开放的横向服务模式,以及有效地组织、高效地实现和客观地进行绩效评价的纵向服务模式。并在承接的专利信息服务项目中进行实际运用。结果/结论]通过横向模式与纵向模式搭建的专利信息服务体系能够较好地运用到实践,这对高校图书馆开展专利信息服务提供了借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]In view of the problems existing in the patent information service of university libraries, it has very realistic significance to construct the patent information service system to improve the service quality.Method/process]In terms of demands of subjects, the integration of platform resources, the patent information service process and feedback, the patent information service system should be constructed with overall coordination. According to this idea, the transverse service model including collaborative, embedding and open was formed. Then, the longitudinal service mode including organization, realization and evaluation was also set up. Finally, the project of the patent information services was applied with the service mode.Result/conclusion]Based on two dimensions of the service mode, the patent information service quality can be promoted in practice, which can be extended to other university libraries. |
