| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 选取Minitex联盟和上海协作网,从直接网络效应、间接网络效应、双边网络效应3个方面对比分析两个联盟的建设效益和发展差异,并就国内跨系统图书馆联盟的可持续发展提出相应的建议和策略。方法/过程] 综合网络调研、文献调研和实地访谈等多种方法,对反映两个联盟网络效应的各指标进行资料梳理和对比分析。结果/结论] 研究结果表明： Minitex网络效应总体上优于上海协作网,联盟牵头馆的机构规模对联盟的建设发展具有一定的影响力,联盟形成的特色服务或产品是联盟可持续发展的有效保障。借鉴Minitex的成功经验,国内跨系统联盟需要加强宣传和推广、加强联盟竞争力优势建设等。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] This paper selects Minitex and Shanghai Information Resources Network as research subjects. Through comparing the construction benefit of the two consortiums, the paper analyses their development difference and puts forward several corresponding suggestions which help to promote the development of domestic library consortiums. Method/process] Combining with network research, literature research and face-to-face interviews, the paper combs the relevant information and detail data which reflects the network effect of the two consortiums by comparative analysis method. Result/conclusion] Studies suggest that the network effect of Minitex is totally better than Shanghai Information Resources Network. And some other findings include the scale of leading library has influence on the development of the consortium and characteristic service or product is an effective guarantee for sustainable development of the library consortium. Learning from Minitex, domestic library consortiums need to strengthen the publicity and promotion, strengthen the core competitiveness and so on. |
