| 摘 要： | 列举目前我国高校实验教学中心缺乏个性的种种现象，提出示范中心作为品牌必须具有鲜明个性的见解，阐述了加强示范中心个性化建设的必要性，介绍了示范中心管理模式、实验教学、实验队伍和实验条件等方面个性化建设的经验和体会。

| Abstract: | In this paper, all kinds of phenomena of lacking specific characters in experimental teaching demonstration center in our country are listed, our opinion that the demonstration center msut be provided with distinct specific characters, and the necessity of strengthening the construction of specific characters in demonstration center. Also the experience and realization about the construction of specific characters, such as management model, experimental teaching, experimental conditions, ect., is introduced. |
