| 摘 要： | 要保证高职学生持续高就业,必须把学历教育与职业培训有机衔接起来,使毕业生同时获取学历证书和职业资格证书。在积极实践中,既要抓住建立教学新常规、建设"双师型"教师队伍这两个着力点,又要从改造优化专业设置、改善优化实训条件、改进优化鉴定工作这三个方面来加强措施。

| Abstract: | It must combine the educational background education and the professional training to ensure the advanced vocational students' high employment,making graduates obtain the academic certificate and professional qualification certificate in the meantime.In the fulfillment,we should establish the new teaching regulations and build the team of "double-qualification teachers".Meanwhile,we should begin with these three aspects: to reform the arrangement of majors,to improve the condition of practice and to improve the authenticate work. |
