摘    要:根据笔者对中国13所知名高校在读医学生的调查显示,虽然当前各大高校对医学生医学人文精神培育的举措多种多样,但普遍存在医学人文精神的校园文化氛围建设不足的问题,医学生不能受到良好的熏陶。本文追踪和调查开展“在大学毕业生学位授予仪式上重温《医学生誓言》的仪式教育对提高医学生人文精神的应用效果”。结果:实验组和对照组同学的医学人文精神自评分有显著差异,调查也显示实验组同学具有更加坚定的医学信念。结论:仪式教育对提高医学生的医学人文精神具有重要作用,值得推广。

Analysis on the Effect of Ritual Education on Improving the Medical Humanistic Spirit of Medical Students

Abstract:According to the author's investigation of medical students in 13 well-known universities in China,although various measures are taken in various universities to cultivate medical students'medical humanistic spirit,there is the problem of insufficient construction of campus cultural atmosphere of medical humanistic spirit,and medical students cannot be well edified.This paper tracks and investigates the application effect of ritual education on improving humanistic spirit of medical students by reviewing the medical student oath at the degree awarding ceremony of university graduates.Results:There was a significant difference in the scores of medical humanistic spirit between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion:Ritual education plays an important role in improving medical humanistic spirit of medical students.
